These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Domolytics website, on all of its addresses, and of its services (the "Service").

Domolytics is owned and operated by a private individual, not by a company (the "owner", also "we" and "us" in these Terms). The owner's details are at the end of this page.

By creating an account you confirm that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Service.

The Service

Domolytics is a personal organisation service. It provides, and may introduce, personal-management sections, including travel planning, shopping lists, career tracking, contacts, cars, homes, household budgeting, subscriptions and other organisational features.

Today the sections available to users are travel planning, shopping lists, career tracking and contacts. The others are planned; they become part of the Service, under these Terms, when they are made available. Every section is available to signed-in users only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that age is higher.

You may not create an account if we have previously closed an account of yours for breaching these Terms, unless we have agreed to it.

Your account

You need an account to use any part of the Service. One email address is one account, and an account is personal to you.

You may sign in with a password or with a supported external provider such as Google.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for everything done through your account. To protect it, you must:

• keep your password and other sign-in credentials confidential, and not share your account with anyone;
• tell us promptly if you suspect that someone else has gained access to your account;
• not bypass, disable or interfere with any security mechanism of the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or for an unlawful purpose, or to store or share unlawful material;
• store or share content that infringes anyone else's rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
• attempt to reach another user's account, information or data, or any part of the system you have not been given access to;
• probe, scan, overload, damage or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on, or introduce malware or other harmful code;
• use automated means to extract data from the Service or scrape it, beyond your own information;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service without our authorisation;
• misuse share links or sharing — for example, to spread unlawful material or to expose another person's information without authorisation.

Breaching these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account — see "Suspension and termination" below.

Your content and ownership

Everything you enter — lists, job applications, trips, expenses, contacts, notes and settings — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us only the limited permission we need to operate the Service for you: to store your content, to process it, and to display it to you and to the people you choose to share it with. That permission ends when your content is deleted, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to store and share it.

Contacts and information about other people

The Service lets you store information about other people — contacts in your address book, travel companions, professional contacts — including, optionally, a person's date of birth, contact details and location.

Before you enter information about another person, you are responsible for having a lawful basis for doing so and, where the law requires it, their consent or authorisation. Enter only what you need, and keep it accurate.

How we process that information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Share links and sharing with other users

A trip plan or itinerary can be published as a share link: a long, unguessable web address that opens without signing in. Anyone holding that address can open the page, and we cannot tell who they are. Treat a share link as public, send it only to the people you intend to show the trip to, and generate a new link — which immediately stops the previous one from working — when you no longer want it used.

A trip or a shopping list can also be shared with another registered user, who can view it or, if you allow it, edit it. You are responsible for what you share and with whom; you can stop sharing at any time.

What sharing discloses, and to whom, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services — sign-in providers (Google), maps and address search, currency-exchange rates and flight information. Which ones are used depends on the features you use and on how the site is configured.

Each provider acts under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its services.

Information from third parties — exchange rates, flight details, maps, addresses and the like — may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable or changed without notice. Verify it independently before relying on it for an important decision.

We do not sell your personal information. Certain service providers may process or receive limited information when necessary to provide, secure or operate particular features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website may display advertisements served by third-party providers. We do not control those advertisements or the providers' practices; the Privacy Policy explains what applies.

Service availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Service available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular feature or section will be kept. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Where the Service offers an export — the travel section exports to Excel and PDF, for example — you are responsible for downloading and keeping the copies you need for your own records.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

A suspension is a temporary restriction of your access to all or part of the Service. A termination is the permanent closure of your account and of your access to the Service.

We may temporarily suspend your access to all or part of the Service, or permanently close your account, if we reasonably believe that:

• you have materially or repeatedly breached these Terms, or continued a breach after we warned you about it;
• you have used the Service unlawfully or for an unlawful purpose;
• you have provided materially false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• you have attempted to access another user's account, information or data without authorisation;
• you have attempted to bypass, probe, scan, overload, damage or interfere with the security or operation of the Service, or introduced malware or another security threat;
• you have uploaded, stored, transmitted or shared content that violates applicable law or infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
• you have misused share links or sharing;
• you have used automated methods to extract data, scrape the Service, or otherwise abuse the Service contrary to these Terms;
• you have resold, redistributed or commercially exploited the Service without authorisation;
• your use of the Service creates a material security, legal, regulatory or operational risk to the owner, the Service or another user;
• suspension or termination is necessary to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority; or
• you no longer meet the eligibility requirements for using the Service, including the minimum-age requirement.

We may suspend access immediately where this is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or the security of information, or where prior notice could increase a security, fraud or legal risk.

Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will notify you of a suspension or termination and, where appropriate, give you an opportunity to correct the relevant violation; once it is resolved, we may restore your access. This does not require us to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent closure.

Where an account is permanently closed, access to the account may cease immediately. The handling and deletion of information associated with the account are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information may remain in backups or be retained where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or protect the security of the Service. Where an export is available, use it before you close your account.

If an account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of these Terms, you must not create another account to circumvent the suspension or termination unless the owner expressly authorises you to do so.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, texts, graphics and the Domolytics name and logo — belongs to the owner or the owner's licensors and is protected by law. Apart from your own content, these Terms give you only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as offered, for your own purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create works derived from the Service, except as the law expressly permits.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

It is a planning and record-keeping tool. It is not a booking service, a travel agency, a financial adviser or an employment agency, and nothing in it is professional advice. Always confirm bookings, prices and dates with the supplier.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or opportunity, for loss caused by relying on third-party information, or for loss of data you could have avoided by keeping your own copy.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms — when a feature changes, for example, or when the law does. The current version and its date are shown at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice on the website or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may stop using the Service and close your account.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

If you use the Service as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, protected and disclosed in connection with the Service. Agreeing to these Terms when you create an account is agreeing to it as well.

If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on how personal information is processed, the Privacy Policy governs that issue to the extent required by applicable privacy law.
